About Tanner Ferrara
I’ve been a mover my entire life. From an early age, I was drawn to anything that challenged my body — parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, and anything that pushed the limits of what I could physically do. That passion for movement eventually brought me to Georgia with dreams of becoming a stuntman.
But like many people who use their body without truly taking care of it, I pushed too hard and too recklessly. After a knee injury and meniscus repair surgery, I realized it was more than just an accident — it was a love tap from God, redirecting my path. It woke me up to the fact that I’d been using my gift of movement selfishly, and it was time to give back.
My own injury story puts me in a special place to empathize with those struggling with injuries and chronic pain and, more importantly, be a guide on the way to moving freely. Learning from God, my approach is rooted in curiosity and science. I originally pursued a degree in mechanical engineering before realizing I wasn’t made to sit at a desk all day. That same analytical mindset now fuels how I assess, problem-solve, and restore the human body — watching every rep, every pattern, and every compensation to uncover what’s holding you back.
